Skryxl is aggressive free improv doom-core from the Southern USA, featuring Marshall Marrotte on bass, Jeff McLeod on guitar and Jeremy Trotter on drums and harmonica.

All tracks were recorded live in single takes on a single day in a small room of the drummer's home. This is music in the moment, pulled from another world and delivered to the head with an ugly hammer blow.

My latest solo guitar recording At The End Of The Path is available for free from WMRecordings.com! There, you can download the entire album, including sleeve artwork and CD labels.

These two tracks were recorded live in one take on guitar, through an Echoplex Digital Pro. Multiple improvisations were recorded at the Subversive Workshop from August to September of 2007, but these two were the standouts.

Everything was inspired by Marco at WM Recordings and his excellent release Noises in My Head, by the artist simply known as Rod.
